A: Yes, the OGP101 comes with fixed factory settings and requires no commissioning. The detection range is fixed, and it is ready for use immediately upon connection to power.
A: At the maximum detection range, the light spot diameter is ≤ 200 mm; therefore, it is not suitable for detecting tiny objects.
The minimum detectable object size depends on whether the object can fully obstruct the light path; generally, it is recommended that the object diameter be at least 1.5 to 2 times the light spot diameter.
A: The OGP101 features built-in short-circuit and overload protection. If an accidental short circuit occurs at the output or the load current exceeds 200 mA, the protection circuit automatically cuts off the output to prevent the internal power transistor from burning out.
Once the fault is cleared, the sensor automatically resumes operation; there is no need to replace a fuse or restart the device.
