Q: What cable does the Keyence GT2-H32 use?

A: The sensor head cable for the GT2-H32 is an optional accessory sold separately; it connects via an M8 connector. The cable is not included with the unit and must be ordered separately.

Q: Does the measuring force of the GT2-H32 vary?

A: Yes. The measuring force varies depending on the mounting orientation: it is highest (2.1 N) when mounted facing downward and lowest (1.5 N) when mounted facing upward.

Additionally, the measuring force changes based on the installation status of the protective boot; please ensure the boot is installed correctly.

Q: Does the GT2-H32 require a warm-up period?

A: Yes. The circuitry of GT2 series sensors does not stabilize immediately upon power-up, and the displayed values may fluctuate initially.

The 32 mm/50 mm models require approximately 60 minutes for the internal temperature to stabilize. It is recommended to allow sufficient time after powering on the unit before performing precision measurements.
